We had an amazing turn out last Saturday for our presason kickoff! Thanks so much to all of you that were able to attend and an extra special thanks to those that provided food/drinks/supplies for the potluck! For those of you that were unable to attend in person, (we missed you!) you can view the slideshow presentation here.
Preseason Party Quick Recap
Bryan shared a lot of great content around his background and history with skiing and coaching, as well as details about the SNSC Freeski program, our coaches for this year, and some IFSA updates to be aware of (notably that the JFCs (aka NorAms) will be hosted by Breckenridge this year)! Most details are outlined in the deck but if you have any questions please reach out!
For our new members or U12 and under families; the IFSA content can be a bit overwhelming as you jump in; DO NOT PANIC
As a reminder U12s (and under) do not accumulate points and do not need to "qualify" to participate beyond making sure memberships are in good standing and participate in one IFSA event. Feel free to reach out to your coach with any questions you have at all for assistance.
Kelly LaPorte (Board Member, Freeski Event Coordinator, Rockstar Freeski Volunteer, and Mom to Amelia (U19) & Sam (Alum), along with many other talents) shared a presentation on what it means to VOLUNTEER with the club and how critical it is that members ensure they meet the minimum criteria so we can continue to support our low membership fees and programming for the club.
All of our volunteering goes towards supporting our ability to fundraise and host events; without this work our programming fees would DOUBLE!

Team Training starts DECEMBER 9th! You will hear from your lead coaches via email prior to the start date but remember to be ontime/early to be ready to head out with your crew!
