What a fun start to the season! Great snow, fun with friends and LOTS of information! We have a lot to cover in this episode so let's get right to it....

• 3* Block 2 Events open TOMORROW 12/6 - SMUGGS 3* is part of this block

Programming Starts this week!

• Mid-week training begins THIS WED 12/6 (12pm -4pm) - Head Coach Ashley

• Weekend training begins THIS Saturday 12/9 - look for emails from your Lead coach for group assignments

• Remember to be ON TIME - 8:30am (U12, U15, U19) ready to load lift!!

Last weekend quick recap

• Last weekend the Freeski coaching staff held coaches training on Saturday and Sunday. The weather was rainy and fog was thick but we got it done. Thank you coaches!

• This important training will ensure that all coaches are up to date on IFSA practices, and that our training protocol is coordinated across all age groups. Head Coaches Ashley and Bryan are both IFSA Level 300 Coach Trainers responsible for administering the IFSA L200 Coach Certification. Therefore our SNSC coach training followed much of the L200 curriculum, with additional emphasis on SNSC programming.

• After training on Saturday we held an informational session with U15 and U19 athletes and parents, and on Sunday we met with U12 parents. In these sessions lead coaches Ashley, Bryan, and Seth reviewed important programming details and answered questions. It was a nice opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and a great way to kick off the season.
